Harlaxton Manor
Today we’re happy to announce a new study abroad program with London’s Harlaxton College that is exclusive through API! The British Studies program is a picture perfect combination of education and charm. It’s perfect for kids who grew up loving Harry Potter, because this program includes a British-style House competition… just like at Hogwarts! 10 points to Ravenclaw!
Students will take a variety of courses in history, art, sciences and humanities… all in an authentic English manor house (picture Downton Abbey). They’ll also have the chance to literally “get a taste” of the culture! Since 1983, British families have been opening their homes to Harlaxton students through the Meet-A-Family Experience. From family meals to football games, students visit these families throughout the semester (and also host the family at the student’s manor!). This program often forms relationships that last a lifetime.
From excursions, to an on-site gym, to extensive options for Honors students; this program is truly a one-of-a-kind educational experience. Again, this program is new and exclusive through API.
