Study Abroad + Options
Trinity College Dublin and API are offering high school students a unique, 10-day university-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) enrichment program, through the Walton International Program. This offering is designed specifically for students who have a strong interest in STEM areas. Through the Walton International Program, students will have the unique opportunity to participate in hands-on learning in the STEM fields through workshops built around physics, mathematics, coding/technology, and engineering. Projects like building a small electronic car and writing the code that controls it, all alongside local Irish participants, will prepare US students for future study in the STEM fields.
Note: Students can receive $100 for each applicant they refer to an API high school summer program (excluding the Parsons Paris Pre-College program). The applicant must include the student's name as the referral source on the online application.

API high school students participating in the Walton International STEM Experience will live in a student residence near the Trinity College Dublin campus. The residence offers a flat-style (apartment-style) living arrangement with three double or six single bedrooms centered around a shared living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. An API program leader will live in the flat with the students for the duration of the program, lead evening and weekend group activities, and be available 24/7 in the event of any emergency.
