How long does it take to be accepted?
We review applications on a rolling basis, so our staff reviews your application materials when they arrive, and then follow up with you regarding your application status. We typically take 3-5 business days to review applications!
What are my housing options?
API offers 4 different types of housing: dorms, student apartments, host families, and residencias. Each program offers different housing options, which you’ll find under the housing section at the bottom of each program page (here’s an example). Where can I find courses?
You can find courses in our Class Finder with a brief description of the course and the syllabus. This tool allows students to look through the different courses offered by various programs. If you’re looking for a syllabus but don’t see it in the Class Finder, reach out to us! We can help you find what you’re looking for.

There’s quite the buzz about our MBA at Richmond American University London program. Did you know that students who complete this program can graduate with both a US and UK degree as Richmond, the American University in London was the first university to be accredited in both the UK and the US?
And the most exciting part? After graduation, students have the opportunity to apply for a two-year post-study work visa in the UK! That’s right, after graduation, you could live and work in the UK!
