Classic Apt Florence

Private Room in a Classic Apartment

Classic apartments include all the basics you need to feel at home the moment you arrive. Study and relax in your shared or private bedroom, cook meals in the shared kitchen, and hang out in common spaces. You’ll live with other API students, making it the perfect place to meet new people or request to live with a friend!

Housing Upgrade Terms and Conditions

By registering for this upgraded housing, you, as the Participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment Obligation
    • Fees are in addition to the base rate previously billed for housing.
    • Participant agrees to pay the additional fees in full for the selected upgrade.
    • The housing upgrade fees will be charged directly to Participant’s account upon selection.
  • Deadlines:
    • Students must purchase housing upgrade by December 15, 2025.
    • Full payment of the upgrade fees must be received within 14 days your arrival onsite.
    • Failure to submit payment by this date will result in cancellation of upgrade.
  • Quantities are limited and only offered while supplies last. Offer void where prohibited. 
  • Promotion can not be exchanged for legal tender.
  • Non-Transferability: Upgrade selections and corresponding payments are non-transferable to other participants, programs, or future terms.
  • Roommate requests: We will do our best to honor all roommate requests provided that all parties sign up for the upgrade and are accepted into the upgrade prior to inventory depletion.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for cancelled upgrades will be issued only in accordance with API’s established Housing policy which can be found here: https://apiabroad.com/housing-policy
