EXCURSIONS

Add-On Excursion Terms and Conditions

By registering for an add-on excursion, you, as the Participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment Obligation
    • Participant agrees to pay in full for all excursions selected. Billing and Account Charges
    • Excursion fees will be charged directly to Participant’s account upon selection.
  • Payment Deadline:
    • Full payment for all selected excursions must be received no later than January 26, 2026.
    • Failure to submit payment by this date may result in cancellation of the excursion reservation without eligibility for participation.
  • Non-Transferability: Excursion selections and corresponding payments are non-transferable to other participants, programs, or future terms.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for cancelled excursions will be issued only in accordance with API’s established Excursion policy which can be found here: https://apiabroad.com/excursion-policy/
