Add-On Ultimate Experiences Terms and Conditions

By registering for an add-on Ultimate Experiences, you, as the Participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment Obligation
  • Participant agrees to pay in full for all Ultimate Experiences selected. Billing and Account Charges
  • Ultimate Experience fees will be charged directly to Participant’s account upon selection.
• Payment Deadline:
  • Full payment for all selected Ultimate Experiences must be received no later than two weeks prior to the start of the program.
  • Failure to submit payment by this date may result in cancellation of the Ultimate Experience reservation without eligibility for participation.
• Non-Transferability: Ultimate Experience selections and corresponding payments are non-transferable to other participants, programs, or future terms.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for cancelled Ultimate Experiences will be issued only in accordance with API’s established “Curated Experiences” policy which can be found here: https://apiabroad.com/curated-experience-policy/
