API has some exciting news! All program price breakdowns can now be found on our individual program pages! To locate these price breakdowns simply….
- Go to https://connect.apiabroad.com/results/programs
- To find the program you are looking for, you can enter the name or a keyword in the search feature on the top left, or use the filters to search by city, program type, etc.
- Once your results pop up, you can select any session of the program name you are looking for to see the program page.
- On each program page on the left-hand side, you will see the program price with a link to the price breakdown.
These price breakdowns are provided to assist students and university administrators to process financial aid awards for the study abroad term. All fees are approximations and can fluctuate according to the exchange rates, program dates, program fees and changes in program structure.
NOTE: The amounts shown are NOT to be used for determining any amount of refund or discount for students who may have secured their own housing. API programs are designed to include housing. Fees above reflect the cost of finding and arranging housing for all students as well as the actual rental cost. This figure is not the amount that will be deducted should students elect to opt out of API housing. Please contact your Program Coordinator/Manager for a specific deduction figure if interested.
The budget for educational fees includes all tuition costs, administrative fees, program excursions, pre-departure and on-site orientations, predeparture and on-site student services and support, post-program follow-up, transcript services as well as cultural visits and activities that may vary by program. All services and activities are designed to complement the student’s academic experience.
Program costs are reviewed and updated, on an as-needed basis, annually in July. Students who apply for their program prior to price updates being published will receive the prior year’s pricing.

What's Included?
API prides itself on including as much as possible in our program fees to make sure that you have a full and rewarding experience abroad. Take a look at the lists of what’s included to see a sampling of what we include with our programs. Note that not all programs will include all features and the list may not be all-inclusive.
Scholarships
API awards approximately $500,000 in study abroad scholarships annually ranging from $250 – $3,000 per student. Participants may apply for multiple API scholarships (though may only be awarded one) and are encouraged to refer to the list of additional scholarship and funding resources on the page linked below.
Financial Aid and Information
We want your API program to be the source of enriching, exciting experiences, not one that stresses you out with worries about debt. Understanding your financial aid and scholarship options, as well as what costs may be covered by your home institution are all parts of the process.
