Parsons Paris Summer Art Design Fashion Program Abroad

Luxury Design Management in Paris and Florence

This summer program is unique in that it takes place in TWO of Europe’s fashion capitals! Students start out in Paris and then head to Florence, Italy halfway through the program. It’s truly an unprecedented opportunity to learn from some of the world’s best fashion and design minds!

The Paris portion of this program enrolls students at Parsons Paris. The university, founded in 1921, is accredited by NASAD (National Association of the Schools of Art and Design) and by MSCHE (Middle States Commission on Higher Education). Faculty include big names in the world of art, fashion and design.

In Florence, students will head to Polimoda, a private fashion school. Polimoda is the only Italian fashion school ranked in the world top 10 by the authoritative publication, The Business of Fashion. The school’s faculty come from the industry and currently work around the world in the fields of fashion marketing, management, finance, branding, communications, art direction, trend forecasting, footwear, textile development, and pattern and garment design.

This program also includes an excursion to beautiful Cinque Terre, as well as day trips to some of Paris and Florence’s most iconic sights: the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Duomo Museum, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio and more!

Summer Full Curriculum at the American University of Sharjah

API study abroad students in Sharjah

Want to study abroad in the UAE? Our summer program in Sharjah is an excellent option! Students enroll at the American University of Sharjah, where they take 1-2 classes worth 3-6 credits. From Aerospace Engineering to Arabic Language studies, this program is a great option for students who want a wide variety of course options.

Sharjah is a beautiful city known for its friendly people. Its incredibly safe, with one of our alumni calling the UAE “the most misunderstood area in the world”.

As part of our summer program, API’s on-site staff will take you to Abu Dhabi and Dubai! Abu Dhabi is the capital and largest of the United Arab Emirates. Students may visit the most expensive hotel ever constructed in the world, walk along the seaside Corniche, or tour the rapidly developing Saadiyat Island (home to international museums such as the Louvre, Guggenheim, and others) and Yas Island (home to a world-class racetrack, yacht club, and Ferrarri World). Al Ain (which in Arabic means “The Spring”), also known as the Garden City due to its greenery, is the second largest city in the Abu Dhabi Emirate and the fourth largest city in the United Arab Emirates.

Meanwhile, Dubai shatters the stereotypes of Eastern and Western cultures while simultaneously and relatively seamlessly mixing them together. The UAE is a truly unique experience and even if you don’t study abroad here, it’s an area worth a visit!

International Business Studies at VSE University of Economics in Prague

Spend your summer in beautiful Prague! This program gives students course options in international business, marketing, Czech language, cultural studies, entrepreneurship and more! All courses, with the exception of Czech, are offered in English. Course options include International Business in the Global Environment, Globalization and World Politics and more.

A big check in the “pro” column is that this program includes an international excursion in your program cost! API will take you to Budapest, Hungary’s capital and largest city. From the thermal baths to the Danube River, there’s no shortage of beauty in Budapest! (The same, of course, can be said for Prague!)

Students who enroll in this summer program will live in university residence halls. The dormitory is a short 20 minute tram ride to campus and include a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and ample space for four students.
